Loretta works with non-profit, public, and faith-based organizations on a variety of topics related to healing justice, empowerment, and diversity. Her services focus on the empowerment of individual organizational actors and interpersonal relationships through conscious communication. She also consults on organizational policies and procedures, climate and/or services. Her offerings are particularly relevant for organizations seeking to advance an agenda of staff self-care through mindfulness and embodiment, trauma-informed care, consensus-building, anti-oppressive social change, social justice and diversity, and mind-body social work. Examples of organizations Loretta has worked with include the Justice Center for the Protection of People with Special Needs, Schenectady Public Schools, and Zen Mountain Monastery.
